Hi, I'm Susan Snow.

My company, Moving Designz Home & Cottage, has been in business for over 14 years.  During this time we have transformed, renovated or have been part of the building process of dozens of homes, cottages, vacation rentals and condos across Prince Edward Island.  My style changes depending on the type of space I am working with and the home owners wishes. I like to focus on keeping to classic designs that offer longevity, functionality, beauty and charm.

I love my job.  I feel so lucky to meet so many wonderful people and to be part of their lives.  It's a rather intimate relationship when you are in someones living space often for months at a time.

In 2011, my design work made the cover of Style at Home Magazine.  Summer 2012,  we had our work featured as So Fresh So Clean laundry rooms in Style at Home Special Edition.  My design work has been featured on numerous blogs.  I have written a monthly design advice for The Charlottetown Guardian, and offered my expertise on current design trends for East Coast Living Magazine, G Magazine and Occasions Magazine.  In 2015, I was involved with HGTV Canada working behind the scenes staging and decorating on the new TV series Humble House Hunters.

In June 2018, I took on the role of Design Editor for PEI Living Magazine.  www.pei-living.ca

I like to travel and explore. I get inspiration from places, people and things I see when I'm travelling.  I also like to write and I'm sure there is a book inside of me just waiting to get out if I can ever find the time.  Photography is another of my favorite hobbies.  Most of the images you see are ones that I have taken.  Feel free to share them but please give me credit.
